All about Postcardlady

Hello everyone! I'm excited to see yet another website for sending and receiving postcards from around the world! My name is Dede and I am now enjoying my retirement years. I enjoy long walks in nature, birding, photography, road trips, and spending time with family and friends. I have been a collector of cards for over 60 years and am also a dealer in vintage/collectible postcards and have a very extensive collection of vintage cards. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Handmade cards so please show me your creative side - a painting, collage, sketch, pencil drawing, block or geli print or any other you care to create, as long as it comes from your heart!! I love when someone takes time to create a one-of-a-kind card just for me! And please, if you do send a handmade card, I would appreciate it in an envelope to protect it from the nasty postal sorting machines. I love to see bright, colorful stamps and interesting postal cancellations on the envelope or card.
